The Wall Street Journal has a good story today on the latest developments in the Health Reform Debate in the Senate. (There are plenty of additional stories on the topic out there.) While a scaled back public option is an encouraging step, if it means expanding Medicare and Medicaid, it’s hard to see the cost curve bending in any cost-savings direction.

How can Medicare and Medicade help the peoples who , do not have a job. No health insurance and welfare will not help with medical need if you do not have small kid or gettin goverment checks of some type. There are peoples out there , where we are really just forgotten .The system need to help everyone not just the middle class but the ones likes me who reallys is at the very bottom of the list .With no means to pay for health Insurance. If there is no money coming how can you pay for it.
